Fitting Instructions

STAGE 1

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container. Run strips of double sided tape the full height of the container about every 1 meter apart down all the sides of the container. Concentrating on putting extra strips in the corners.

If using Adhesive spray only half way up the side of the container and leave for approx. 3 mins to go tacky before proceeding to step 2.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 2

Starting at the door run one of the larger rolls down the walls making sure the Thermoliner is pressed against the double sided tape.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 3

Use the other longer roll to run along the top half of the wall again making sure it is pressed against the double sided tape.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 4

After the walls have been lined. Proceed to run lengths of double sided tape across the roof at approx. one meter intervals. Place extra widths of tape at the container door and the start.

STAGE 4 (A)

For High Cube containers run the smaller width roll across the top of the container to fill the gap.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 5

Start at the rear of the container slightly overlapping the wall. Run the thermoliner down the length of the roof making sure it firmly pressed onto the tape. Once the door has been reached, roll the excess material up and place on top of container.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 6

Repeat stage 5 for the other half of the roof  and roll excess material onto the roof until container is fully loaded. Once the container is loaded the insulation material can be rolled down and either left hanging or can be stuck onto goods.

Starting at the door run a couple of strips of double sided tape side by side the full height of the container.

STAGE 7

Once the Thermoliner has been rolled down from the roof and either stuck to the cargo or left hanging, the container can be closed, and is ready to shipped.
